This course is designed for employer and group bookings only and is suitable for organisations such as schools, nurseries, childcare settings, sports providers and healthcare environments where staff require First Aid training. There are several benefits to completing the Combined First Aid at Work and Paediatric First Aid Training course, such as knowing you will receive comprehensive training which gives you confidence in emergencies, meeting legal requirements and providing dual certification.
This course is not available for individual purchase and is delivered as group training only, with a maximum of 12 delegates per session for employer bookings.
What Will I Learn on this Course?
During the course, you will cover a range of modules to help develop the knowledge and skills you need to safely care for adults and children.
These modules include Understanding First Aid at Work (FAW) and Paediatric First Aid (PFA) and laws and regulations regarding First Aid at Work for Adults and Children, but you will also develop essential life-saving skills to respond to medical emergencies, with the course covering CPR, choking, bleeding, shock and recovery techniques. You will also gain awareness of using a defibrillator (AED), unconscious casualty management and how to treat head injuries.

We can deliver this training either on-site at your business, as long as you are located in the UK, or we have our own venues in the Midlands. We offer Zoom sessions for theory only.
