What is the Spotlight Delivery Model?

The Spotlight Delivery Model is a modern approach to apprenticeship delivery that gives you greater flexibility while ensuring you continue to receive high-quality support from your Development Coach.

Rather than relying on traditional teaching sessions, you’ll complete engaging digital learning that allows you to study at your own pace. Your Development Coach will then use insights from your learning activity to provide personalised one-to-one coaching, helping you focus on your individual development needs and goals.

This means every coaching session is relevant to your progress and tailored to help you succeed.
