Level 3 Diploma for Team Leaders

The Childcare Company Level 3 Diploma for Team Leaders is available to individuals aged 19 and over who are currently working within early years or childcare settings. Learners should already hold responsibilities that involve supporting, guiding or supervising others, making this programme ideal for those beginning to step into leadership roles within nurseries and childcare environments.

This qualification is particularly suited to room leaders, deputy room leaders, nursery practitioners progressing into supervision, and staff preparing for their first formal leadership role.
