Location: Slough (Temporarily remote then hybrid)
We are recruiting for a Data & Compliance Officer to join our Audit & Compliance department to process accurate and timely data for all learners in time for monthly ESFA submission. The successful candidate will carry out compliance checks on documentation and report any non-compliant actions to the Audit and Compliance Manager.

ESFA funding rules and other external guidance documents will form the foundation of data entry and audit checks.
This role will be a mixture of remote working and 2-3 days per week in our Slough Head Office per week.
The successful candidate will have data entry experience, an understanding of the training sector and the importance of adhering to funding rules.

Working with The Childcare Company
I honestly can't believe how amazing The Childcare Company actually is, and no, it's not because I now work here that I am saying that. Everything from the induction process, through to how genuine everyone is, I am utterly astounded with the overwhelming level of support and dedication from everyone I have spoken with. A very busy, fast growing business, with a national reach, yet they still have such an impact on one person's integration into the business. Wow.
I have worked at The Childcare Company for a little under 2 years. I have been given multiple opportunities whilst here and this has progressed my career massively. I have completed various qualifications to date which has been a huge CPD boost. Throughout my progression, I have had the most amazing support, not only from my direct manager but from the whole business. This is the first training provider where I have felt valued as a person and where I really feel I have a voice. I never want to leave!
Working for The Childcare Company has been so rewarding in so many ways. I have gained knowledge, progressed professionally and personally. I have been here for two years and can’t wait to see what the future has in store for this amazing organisation.
Having worked with The Childcare Company for just a year now, it has been exciting to be part of a growing team/company. I feel settled and this has been made possible by the people that I work with and other departments in the business. In my short space of time here I have been promoted and feel my input for the direction of account management is positive for the future.
